On April 20, 2012, a complaint issued from the Boston Municipal Court charging the defendant, Pauric Hourican, with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (OUI) in violation of G. L. c. 90, § 24(1)(a)(1). Before trial, the defendant moved to suppress evidence of a postarrest breathalyzer test.
