So much of the order denying the third motion for a new trial as denied the motion to withdraw the guilty plea to the portion of indictment 99113 charging "being armed with a dangerous weapon" is reversed. A new order is to enter allowing the motion as to that portion of the indictment, the judgment on that indictment is vacated, and the case is remanded to the Superior Court for resentencing on the lesser included offense of unarmed...
