This case comes to us from the Housing Court after remand in Taylor v. Beaudry, 75 Mass.App.Ct. 411 (2009) (Taylor I). The only issue before us is whether the judge properly calculated damages and costs under G. L. c. 186, § 15B(7). We conclude that, because of the preclusive effect of an earlier judgment in the District Court, the case must be remanded for judgment in a different amount...
