The plaintiff appeals from a Superior Court judgment that affirmed a decision by the Sex Offender Registry Board (SORB) requiring him to register as a level three sex offender. The plaintiff's status as a sex offender rests on his having been adjudicated delinquent in 2005 by reason of one count of indecent assault and battery on a person fourteen years of age or older (G.
