A Superior Court jury returned guilty verdicts on indictments charging possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of ammunition without a firearm identification (FID) card. After the jury were excused, the defendant pleaded guilty to so much of the ammunition indictment as alleged a prior violent offense. The defendant now appeals.
