This is an appeal from a decision of the reviewing board (board) of the Department of Industrial Accidents (department) regarding the workers' compensation claim of the employee Dante DiFronzo. DiFronzo was denied benefits by the National Union Fire Insurance Company (insurer) after being struck by a motor vehicle in a public way.
