The plaintiff's boat was destroyed by a fire originating on a neighboring boat while both vessels were docked at the defendants' marina in Quincy. As detailed below, a judge of the Superior Court entered a default judgment against the defendants on numerous claims as a sanction for repeated discovery violations.
