McHUGH, J.

The defendant, Andre Matos, was charged with numerous offenses involving firearms possession, possession of cocaine and marijuana with intent to distribute, and receiving stolen property. A judge of the Superior Court allowed the defendant's motion to suppress, and the Commonwealth brought this interlocutory appeal. We reverse.
