A jury convicted the defendant of possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, G. L. c. 269, § 10(h) (statute). He appeals, claiming that (1) the Commonwealth should have been precluded from inquiring into his juvenile probation record; and (2) the statute under which he was convicted did not proscribe the conduct of which he was accused or, alternatively, the statute is unconstitutional...
