The plaintiff, Wyatt Peterson, appeals from a judgment after a Superior Court jury verdict in favor of the defendant, Catherine Foley. Peterson complained that Foley was negligent in the operation of her motor vehicle, causing him to sustain serious personal injuries. In particular, he alleged that Foley caused his single-vehicle accident on March 12, 2004, when, after stopping at a stop sign, she abruptly pulled out from a side street in front of him...
