The petitioner, Patricia A. Weber, appeals from the denial by a single justice of this court of her petition for relief pursuant to G. L. c. 211, § 3. We affirm.

Background. In an unpublished memorandum and order pursuant to its rule 1:28, a panel of the Appeals Court reversed a judgment of the Superior Court favorable to Weber. Weber v. Community Teamwork, Inc., 72 Mass.App.Ct. 1113
