A jury found the defendant, Joshua Dargon, guilty of aggravated rape, G. L. c. 265, § 22 (a); indecent assault and battery on a person over age fourteen, G. L. c. 265, § 13H; assault and battery, G. L. c. 265, § 13A; and assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, G. L. c. 265, § 15A (b). The defendant appealed.
