The defendant was indicted on a charge of trafficking in cocaine, in violation of G. L. c. 94C, § 32E(b)(2).1 After hearing, a judge denied the defendant's motion to suppress evidence and seeking disclosure of the identity of a confidential informant. Trial was jury-waived before a different judge, who found the defendant guilty.2
