In July, 2007, this court, in an unpublished decision, affirmed the defendant's convictions by a Superior Court jury of trafficking in cocaine between fourteen and twenty-eight grams and distributing cocaine. The United States Supreme Court subsequently granted the defendant's petition for a writ of certiorari, and in Melendez-Diaz v. Massachusetts, 129 S.Ct. 2527 (2009), reversed the judgment of this court...
