Having been convicted by a Superior Court jury of home invasion, in violation of G. L. c. 265, § 18C; and armed assault in a dwelling, in violation of G. L. c. 265, § 18A, the defendant Steven M. Putnam now appeals.1 He contends that the convictions must be reversed because the evidence was insufficient to prove that he entered the alleged victim's home unlawfully...
