This is an appeal by Hy-Brasil Restaurants, Inc. (Hy-Brasil), and Liam Tiernan (Tiernan) from a judgment entered after a jury-waived trial that held both defendants jointly and severally liable on the basis of quantum meruit2 to pay the plaintiff-subcontractor for its services. We affirm with a slight modification.
