After a jury-waived trial on stipulated evidence, a District Court judge found the defendant guilty of unlicensed possession of a firearm (in violation of G. L. c. 269, § 10[a]), and possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card (in violation of G. L. c. 269, § 10[h] [as in effect prior to St. 2006, c. 48, § 6]), and not guilty of receipt of stolen property...
