On April 19, 2005, a complaint issued from the Roxbury Division of the Boston Municipal Court Department charging the defendant with possession of a Class A controlled substance (heroin) with intent to distribute, in violation of G. L. c. 94C, § 32. He filed a motion to suppress all evidence found on his person by Boston Housing Authority police officers, as well as any statements he may have made to them...
