Shamusideen Alabi (defendant) sought relief under G. L. c. 211, § 3, from an order of pretrial detention under G. L. c. 276, § 58A (3), based on an indictment charging him with unlawful possession of a firearm, subsequent offense. See G. L. c. 269, § 10 (d).
