As part of a sentence imposed for various firearm offenses,1 the defendant received a period of probation during which, among other things, he was required to abstain from drugs and alcohol and to undergo random testing. At the time of sentencing (and during the subsequent period of probation), the defendant was (and would be) below the legal drinking age.
