This case presents the question whether the absolute litigation privilege applies to statements made by the defendant, Jeannette C. Caulfield, in the course of her sexual harassment complaint to the employer of plaintiff Gary Visnick and to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). We conclude the privilege is applicable.
