Through extraordinary effort, a dispute involving roughly $15,000 mushroomed into a judgment approximating $135,000, the foundation for which is spread upon a docket comprising fifteen single-spaced pages and a correspondingly voluminous record appendix. The papers filed in the Superior Court, where the case was tried, bubble with sulphurous acrimony which, though cooled somewhat, has spilled over to the papers filed here, threatening on occasion to obscure...
