This is a commercial eviction case. Plaintiff/appellant, 241 Holdings, LLC ("Lessor"), appeals the September 30, 2020 judgment of the district court, which denied Lessor's rule for eviction against defendant/appellee, 241 Enterprises, LLC ("Lessee").
