Plaintiff-appellant, Johnny A. Marchand, appeals the trial court's judgment, which granted a motion to dismiss his claims as abandoned, filed by defendant-appellee, Hexion Inc. (Hexion), and dismissed his claims for damages against defendants, including Hexion, arising out of his alleged exposure to asbestos.1
