FACTS

The defendant, Michael Jerome Cochran, allegedly raped a minor child, T.J., who was five to eight years old at the time of the crime. The defendant was charged with the aggravated rape of T.J. between October 9, 2010, and October 5, 2013, a violation of La.R.S. 14:42.1
