Appellant, I.K., appeals a judgment of the juvenile court finding that the State of Louisiana, Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), rebutted the presumption of paternity of R.K., the man who appears as father on her birth certificate.1 For the reasons that follow, we vacate the judgment.
