Defendant Chris Tanner Danley appeals as excessive the aggregate 22-year sentence imposed after he pled guilty to two counts of theft of $750 or more; one count of theft of $5,000 or more; one count of theft of a motor vehicle of $1,500 or more; and one count of simple burglary.
