Defendant, Jonathan M. Harrell, challenges his conviction and sentence for driving while intoxicated, third offense. He was sentenced to four years at hard labor, with the first year to be served without the benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. No fine was imposed. We affirm the conviction and sentence.
