Defendant, Jessie L. Conerly ("Conerly"), appeals the trial court's July 6, 2017 judgment, granting a motion for partial summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, Ramon V. Jarrell ("Jarrell"). For the reasons that follow, we reverse and remand.
