Pursuant to a plea agreement, Patrick G. LeBlanc pled guilty to distribution of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana, third offense. He was sentenced to 18 years' imprisonment and 2 years' imprisonment at hard labor, respectively. This appeal followed.
