Following a jury trial, Frederick Lujuan Brown was convicted as charged of one count of second degree robbery in violation of La. R.S. 14:64.4. Brown was sentenced to 18 years' imprisonment at hard labor. A timely motion to reconsider sentence was denied. Brown appeals his conviction and sentence.
