In this administrative review proceeding, plaintiff, Charles Gray, Jr., appeals from a district court judgment affirming the decision of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) to suspend and disqualify Gray's driving privileges for his refusal to submit to a chemical test for intoxication. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
