In this medical malpractice case, plaintiff, Coley Purvis, appeals the trial court's judgment rendered in favor of defendant, the Louisiana Patient's Compensation Fund ("PCF"), dismissing plaintiff's claims against it with prejudice. For the following reasons, we affirm.
