The City of Jeanerette appeals the judgment of the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) in favor of Kirk A. Sparrow, which awarded Mr. Sparrow temporary total disability benefits (TTD), medical expenses, penalties, and attorney fees. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
