PER CURIAM

Granted in part and denied in part. We find no error in the judgment of the court of appeal insofar as it affirmed the district court's judgment holding relator failed to state a cause of action for recognition of ownership, injunctive relief or damages. However, it is unclear whether the district court made a determination of whether relator stated an alternative cause of action for re-interment pursuant to La. R.S. 8:659.1
