The plaintiff, Michelle Gauthier, appeals a summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. The district court determined that the merchant was not liable because the box in the aisle was an open and obvious condition that was not unreasonably dangerous. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand.
