Appellant, Krebs, Lasalle, Lemieux Consultants, Inc. ("KLL, Inc."), appeals the trial court's judgment sustaining appellee's, G.E.C., Inc.'s, exception of no right of action and dismissing appellant's claims against G.E.C., Inc. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
