The plaintiffs, Raymond Meladine, his wife and children ("the Meladines"), appeal the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of Jefferson Lake Sulphur Company ("Jefferson Lake"), dismissing with prejudice their claims against this sole remaining defendant. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
