This action arises out of the Office of Workers' Compensation Court, District 01E, Ouachita Parish, Judge Brenza Irving Jones presiding. The City of Bastrop appeals the judgment of the workers' compensation judge which sustained Steven Harris' peremptory exception of res judicata. For the following reasons, we affirm.
