In this suit for damages, the plaintiff/appellant, Fabian C. Herrera, appeals a judgment in favor of the defendant/appellee, the Louisiana State Police (LSP), granting the LSP's motion for summary judgment and dismissing Herrera's claims against the LSP, with prejudice. For the following reasons, we affirm.
