The plaintiff in this matter, Gerald Castille, appeals a trial court judgment dismissing his contractual damage claims against the St. Martin Parish School Board. For the following reasons, we affirm certain aspects of the trial court judgment, reverse certain aspects, and render judgment in favor of Mr. Castille.
