The City of Shreveport appeals a judgment by the First Judicial District, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana, in favor of Alice Black, in connection with an exception of prescription initially filed by intervenor, Winter Garden Townhomes Association, Inc. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
