The defendants, Kenneth A. Gordon, Jr., and Susan Franks Gordon, appeal from the grant of summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Donald E. Sonnier, Jr., and the denial of their motion for new trial in this suit on a promissory note. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
