INTRODUCTION

This appeal concerns a ruling from the City of Kenner Civil Service Board ("the Board"), denying plaintiff, Joseph Metzler's, appeal of the Board's August 26, 2015 ruling that the Board lacked jurisdiction to consider Mr. Metzler's appeal to the Board. For the following reasons, we affirm.
