SAVOIE, Judge.
This matter involves a lease dispute over rent owed, and specifically whether a notice of move-out provision included in the written lease allowed the lessee to terminate the lease prior to the expiration of the lease's term. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgment awarding unpaid rent to the lessor.
