AMY, Judge.
The defendant was charged with second degree murder in connection with the death of Mychel Cleaver. A jury found the defendant guilty of manslaughter, and the trial court sentenced the defendant to forty years at hard labor with credit for time served. The defendant appeals. For the following reasons, we affirm, with instructions.
