The defendant, Hoby Fleece, appeals a judgment awarding 24.5% of his military retirement benefits to his former wife, Pacita Fleece, and ordering her to pay reimbursement for one-half of the cost to purchase retirement service time. For the following reasons, we reverse in part and affirm in part.
