Defendant, the Jefferson Parish School Board, appeals from the district court's judgment in favor of plaintiff, Susan Neathamer, a public school teacher who was awarded benefits for an injury she sustained on the job. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part, vacate in part, and render judgment.
