The defendant, Stanley Mitchell, was convicted of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. He was adjudicated a fourth felony offender and sentenced to serve 35 years at hard labor without benefit of probation or suspension of sentence. He now appeals. For the following reasons, we affirm the conviction and sentence.
