The defendant, Vittorrio Davis, was charged by bill of information with aggravated burglary, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:60. He pled guilty as charged and was sentenced to serve 10 years at hard labor, to run consecutively to any sentences imposed for other offenses. For the following reasons, we affirm.
